Dr Burke conveys to the listener a quiet and calm concern. Her voice has a strength and certainty about it that transfers a positive energy to the listener. It encourages you to take a part in helping your body to combat the cancer cells within it.

Through relaxation (which is marvellous) and then visualisation, you find your mind focussed completely on the job in hand. Along with the ever-present Buddy as a faithful assistant, you are given visual strategies to target the cancer cells in your body. You are also encouraged to take control of your mind to inhibit the stress and tension in your life.

I have found the tape quite remarkable and very comforting to use.

After being diagnosed with cancer, I found I could not concentrate for any length of time on my usual activities. The treatment was stressful and listening to this tape was so helpful because, in a short space of time, I was able to become calmer and more focussed on believing I could be healed.

Buddy is a cat with a mission and Maureen is a friend with a concern for others. Together, I am sure they will help many people be more positive in dealing with this sickness.
