Order Form

Orders are accepted worldwide. Those lodged within Australia may be subject to a government-charged Goods and Services Tax. Those lodged outside Australia do not attract this tax.

We regret that direct order and payment via the Internet is not available at this time.  However, payments from outside Australia may be wired direct to the bank.  Details are given on the Order Form - Outside Australia.

To order your CD/tape:

1. Download the Order Form applicable to your location (links below)
   The Order Form is available in two formats:
   • .rtf format (compatible with most word processing software); and
   • .pdf format (can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader).
2. Print the form on your printer
3. Complete the details required on the form
4. Attach your cheque to the completed order form and mail to the address on the form (if overseas order, details for wiring payment are on Order Form).

The charge for Posting and Packaging (shown on the Order Form) is for 1 copy only.
