BUDDY TARGETS FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF is designed for anyone
seeking to:
- have a more positive outlook on life;
- improve their self-esteem;

- gain greater control of their life;

After a brief introduction, the recording continues for approximately
60 minutes. Part 1 identifies issues that can affect how we feel
about ourselves and is accompanied by reflections and affirmations.
Part 2 involves relaxation and visualisation exercises. Buddy helps
